Returns

If you have changed your mind about an item you've ordered, you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a full refund. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return. A returns reference number will be quoted which must be used on all correspondence.
  • Returns must be packaged in the same standard as when received. For example wrapped in bubble wrap and placed into a padded envelope. The item must be complete and in new condition.
  • Please include your returns number and if possible your order number, name and address with your return.
  • The cost of the original postage will be at your expense on orders where you have changed your mind.
  • The cost of the return postage will be at your expense on orders where you have changed your mind.
  • We are unable to issue a refund if the returned item is lost in the post. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured service and keeping the receipt.

Once we have received your return, a refund will be issued with 48 hours. It's important to note that refunds can take 3-5 working days to reach your original payment method.

Exchanges

The quickest and easiest way to exchange an item is by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item following the guidance above.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We apologise if the item you have received is damaged or faulty. Please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can offer an appropriate solution.

Stock permitting, we will always offer to resend an exact replacement free of charge. Alternatively, we are happy to refund the item including the original and return postage cost after receiving the returned item. There are a few things to keep in mind:

  • The maximum return postage cost we can refund is £7.25. To refund the return postage, we do require evidence of the price paid. Please keep the receipt and email this to us along with your order number.
  • If the item arrived damaged, please keep the original packaging as we may require photos when contacting the delivery company.

Once we have received your return, a refund will be issued with 48 hours. It's important to note that refunds can take 3-5 working days to reach your original payment method.
